Susan Carr graduated with a MFA from The School of the museum of Fine Arts Boston at Tufts university with a semester at Radcliffe. Susan works on Cape Cod in her basement Studio.

Susan Carr has exhibited frequently over the years. A painters painter in love with paint she takes what is deeply personal and makes it universal. Susan sees her sculptures as pieces of a painting using each piece separately and then inclusively to create sculpture as a 3D painting seen from all sides. Susan Carr’s work has been featured in the Outsider Fair NYC, six solos at LABspace upper state NY, Pocket Utopia NYC, Steven Harvey NYC, L21 Gallery Palma Spain, The Painting Center NYC and many others.
